I decided to print a composition of my chemical-looking recipts onto plastic, while moving them across the scanner. This created some very cool techn(i/o)-coloured oil like textures, on the outlines of where I moved the receipt.
I though this worked really well, I dont think i’ll move more with this but they sat nicely next to eachother.
Then i decided to respond to the shapes within the print which look like burnt film by actually burning this plastic. this had a really cool effect. I burnt a hole in a recipt the same way nd placed them together, along with another swiped around scan of some receipt.
