Plans for the base 
Light space modulator-László Moholy-Nagy
Britney had a great idea to recreate an artwork called light space modulator by László Moholy-Nagy. We really liked the idea of stepping away from a machine that makes marks on a paper because it just seemed to straight forward for us. Over the weekend we started looking for materials that we could use to create different shadows. We needed things that would play with the light. Britney, Bella and I talked about whether we should make the base rotate with a motor or whether we wanted to use a crank. We decided to use a small motor and rotate a disc base. We planned this out and planned to make the base first thing in the morning the next day.
